We have embodied the tagline “working together” in our work, which reflects in our projects. Over 7 years, with 3 projects under development, 4 projects completed and we have delivered homes to 100+ happy customers. We have projects spread over in Pune and other parts of Maharashtra. We are dedicated to cater our clients spanning Pune’s wide range of localities, such as Bavdhan, Wakad, Balewadi, Baner, Tathawade, Wagholi, Katraj Wadgaon Sheri, Moshi, Kalyaninagar etc. Whether it be the affordable housing segment or the luxury residential segment, we are adhering to the highest standard of construction quality.

Leadership and Vision
Graduated from Zeal University, Pune. Mr. Indrajeet Deshmukh embarked on his professional journey under the guidance of Paranjpe Builders, From the very beginning, he immersed himself in all facets of the business—from acquisition strategies to sales planning—learning the intricacies of real estate development and establishing a deep foundation in the field.
With nearly half decades of experience, Mr. Deshmukh has taken on a pivotal role in shaping, growing, and steering the organization through evolving industry landscapes. Under his leadership, the Indrajeet Construction has successfully delivered a range of projects, building a strong portfolio of completed projects that speaks to both quality and integrity.
Mr. Deshmukh’s strategic insight and understanding of market trends have driven the company to new heights. This rate of expansion reflects not only his robust vision but also a reliable foundation and operational efficiency that enables the organization to respond effectively to market demands and client expectations.
